Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Appliance Geekz website and online service-request system.

Appliance Geekz is the customer-facing service brand of M&M Quality Appliance LLC.

By using this website or submitting a service request, you acknowledge these terms.

2. Service Requests Are Not Confirmed Appointments

Submitting an online service request does not automatically create or guarantee an appointment.

Requests are subject to review by our office and may depend on service territory, appliance type, manufacturer requirements, warranty authorization, technician availability, parts availability, and other service conditions.

Important: A submitted service request is not confirmation of an appointment date, arrival time, repair completion date, or guarantee that Appliance Geekz can perform the requested service.

3. Scheduling and Arrival Windows

When an appointment is accepted and scheduled, customers may be provided with an estimated service window.

Arrival windows and estimated arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, earlier service calls, repair complexity, technician routing, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service information, including:

  • Name and contact information
  • Complete service address
  • Appliance type and brand
  • Model and serial number when available
  • Accurate description of the appliance problem
  • Error codes when applicable
  • Warranty or dispatch information when applicable
  • Information regarding parts already shipped to the residence

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay service, diagnosis, parts identification, or scheduling.

5. Access to the Appliance

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the appliance at the scheduled service location.

The area surrounding the appliance should be reasonably clear of personal property, excessive clutter, animals, or other conditions that could prevent safe inspection or service.

6. Photos and Documentation

Appliance Geekz may photograph appliances, model and serial number labels, damaged components, installed parts, surrounding areas relevant to the repair, and completed work for legitimate service and documentation purposes.

Customers may also be requested to submit photographs before service, particularly photographs of model/serial labels, error displays, appliance conditions, or parts shipped directly to the residence.

7. Parts Shipped to the Customer

If a manufacturer, warranty administrator, distributor, or other party ships parts directly to the customer, the customer should retain the parts and original packaging until instructed otherwise.

Appliance Geekz may request photographs of part numbers, labels, packaging, or the parts themselves before scheduling or completing a return visit.

8. Diagnosis and Repair

Appliance symptoms can have multiple possible causes. A technician may need to inspect and test the appliance before determining the appropriate repair.

Initial diagnosis does not guarantee that additional problems, parts, or conditions will not be discovered during the repair process.

9. Parts Availability

Repair timing may depend on the availability of manufacturer, distributor, warranty-provider, or other replacement parts.

Appliance Geekz does not control manufacturer production, distribution delays, backorders, discontinued components, shipping delays, or parts supplied by third parties.

10. Manufacturer and Warranty Service

Warranty and manufacturer-authorized service may be subject to the policies, authorization requirements, coverage decisions, parts procedures, and limitations of the applicable manufacturer, warranty administrator, service contract provider, or other responsible organization.

Appliance Geekz does not determine the terms of a customer’s manufacturer warranty or third-party service contract.

11. Warranty Coverage Decisions

Authorization of service does not necessarily mean that every repair, part, labor charge, condition, or customer-requested service is covered by a manufacturer or warranty provider.

Questions regarding coverage, deductibles, exclusions, reimbursement, replacement authorization, or contractual benefits may need to be directed to the organization responsible for the warranty or service contract.

12. Customer Conduct and Technician Safety

Customers and other persons present at the service location are expected to maintain a reasonably safe and professional environment for our technicians and personnel.

Appliance Geekz reserves the right to discontinue or decline service when conditions present a reasonable safety concern or when threatening, abusive, harassing, or seriously disruptive behavior interferes with the ability to safely provide service.

13. Pets and Animals

Customers are responsible for securing pets or other animals when necessary to allow the technician to safely enter, inspect, diagnose, and service the appliance.

14. Utilities and Appliance Conditions

Certain diagnostic procedures may require access to electricity, water, gas, drainage, ventilation, or other utilities associated with the appliance.

Unsafe installation conditions, utility problems, structural conditions, plumbing issues, electrical issues, pest activity, or other conditions outside the appliance itself may prevent or delay service.

15. Website Information

We attempt to keep information on this website accurate and useful. However, service territories, scheduling availability, manufacturer programs, appliance coverage, and other business information may change.

Website information should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular appliance, location, manufacturer, or repair will be accepted.

16. ZIP Code Service-Area Checker

The ZIP Code Checker on this website is provided as a convenient tool for identifying locations that are generally within our standard service territory.

A positive ZIP-code result does not guarantee service acceptance or appointment availability. A ZIP code shown outside our standard territory does not necessarily mean service can never be provided.

17. Electronic Communications

By providing an email address or telephone number in connection with a service request, you authorize Appliance Geekz to use that information for communications reasonably related to the requested service.

These communications may include service confirmations, scheduling information, technician-arrival information, requests for appliance or parts information, and other service-related updates.

18. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this website. Maintenance, hosting problems, internet outages, security events, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect website availability.

19. Privacy

Information submitted through this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

M&M Quality Appliance LLC may revise these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our website, service procedures, business operations, or applicable requirements.

The effective date displayed above identifies the current version of these terms.

21. Contact
